Free trial

The free trial of 14 days costs nothing. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your league's admin. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

If you're not happy with Nexo Leagues, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any charge: the first charge after the trial, a monthly charge or a yearly renewal. No reason needed.

To ask, write to [email protected] from your admin email with your league's address, or reply to the receipt Paddle sent you. Paddle processes the refund to the payment method you used, usually within a few business days.

After 14 days a charge isn't refundable, but you can still cancel so you aren't charged again.

Your rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
