Terms of service
Last updated October 26, 2026 · Version 2026-10-draft-2
These terms are the agreement between your league ("you") and Oehler IT ("we"), which offers Nexo Leagues. By creating an account you accept them.
Who we are
Nexo Leagues is offered by Oehler IT, based in Uruguay, AV. Luis albero de Herrera.
You can write to us at [email protected].
What the service is
Nexo Leagues gives a sports league a public website at its own address (<name>.nexoleagues.com) and an admin to run it: teams, players, competitions, fixtures, results, standings, news, photos, pages and sponsors.
We keep the service running and improve it. Features can change, and we may add or retire some, but we won't remove what you need to keep your league's data without telling you first.
Accounts and admins
The person who signs up becomes the league admin. You are responsible for who you invite as admin or as a team admin, and for what they do in your league's admin.
Keep your password private. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access.
Team admins can only see and change their own team's squad, through requests you accept or reject.
Your content and your players' data
What you publish is yours: names, photos, results, news and pages. You give us permission to store it and show it on your public site so the service can work.
You decide what is published about people. Before publishing players' names, photos and statistics, you are responsible for having the right to do so under the rules that apply to you, including the permission of parents or guardians for players who are minors.
Don't publish anything unlawful, that infringes someone's rights, or that you don't have the right to share.
Proofs of payment and private files
Team admins can attach a proof of payment when they ask to add a player. Those files are private: only your league's admins and that team's admin can open them.
Proofs are removed automatically 12 months after the request is accepted or rejected (see the privacy policy). Keep your own records if you need them for longer.
Free trial and subscription
Every league starts with a free trial of 14 days.
When the trial ends, the league's public site goes offline and its admin becomes read-only until a subscription starts. Your data is not deleted because of that.
The subscription is paid monthly or yearly, at the prices on the pricing page ($14.99 USD a month). It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
Payments, cancelling and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle charges your payment method, sends your receipts and invoices, and adds any sales tax or VAT your country requires. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase.
You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your league's admin. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any charge. The refund policy at nexoleagues.com/refunds explains how.
Acceptable use
Don't try to access other leagues' data, disrupt the service, or use it to send spam or to harm people.
We can suspend a site that breaks these terms or puts the service or other leagues at risk, and we'll tell you why.
Your data and leaving
You can download your league's data (teams, players, competitions, matches and events, posts, pages and sponsors) as a zip of CSV files from the admin, under Your account.
You can ask us to delete your league and its data by writing to [email protected].
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the service available, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may take it down briefly for maintenance.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change in a way that affects you, we'll update the version and date at the top and tell the league's admins. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Uruguay.
